How To Uninstall yum On Parrot 3.7

To uninstall yum just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just yum

Advanced front-end for rpm installer/remover for rpm systems. It automatically computes dependencies and figures out what things should occur to install packages. It makes it easier to maintain groups of machines without having to manually update each one using rpm.Parrot 3.7admin3.4.3-3
sudo apt-get remove yum

This will remove just the yum package itself.

Uninstall yum and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove yum

This will remove the yum package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for yum then this will work.

Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge yum

Or similarly, like this yum

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove yum
