This will remove just the firefox-locale-zh-hans package itself.
Uninstall firefox-locale-zh-hans and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove firefox-locale-zh-hans
This will remove the firefox-locale-zh-hans package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for firefox-locale-zh-hans then this will work.
