To uninstall openoffice.org-l10n-ve just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just openoffice.org-l10n-ve
/ubuntu/precise/main///install/index.html office productivity suite -- Venda language package Ubuntu 12.04 LTS editors 1:3.3.0-7ubuntu7
sudo apt-get remove openoffice.org-l10n-ve
Which will remove just the openoffice.org-l10n-ve package itself.
Uninstall openoffice.org-l10n-ve and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove openoffice.org-l10n-ve
This will remove the openoffice.org-l10n-ve package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for openoffice.org-l10n-ve then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge openoffice.org-l10n-ve
Or similarly, like this openoffice.org-l10n-ve
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove openoffice.org-l10n-ve
