How To Uninstall pulseaudio-module-raop On Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

To uninstall pulseaudio-module-raop just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just pulseaudio-module-raop

RAOP module for PulseAudio sound serverUbuntu 12.04 LTSsound1:1.1-0ubuntu15
sudo apt-get remove pulseaudio-module-raop

This will remove just the pulseaudio-module-raop package itself.

Uninstall pulseaudio-module-raop and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove pulseaudio-module-raop

This will remove the pulseaudio-module-raop package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for pulseaudio-module-raop then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge pulseaudio-module-raop

Or similarly, like this pulseaudio-module-raop

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove pulseaudio-module-raop
