How To Uninstall qt-sdk On Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

To uninstall qt-sdk just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just qt-sdk

Complete Qt Software Development KitUbuntu 12.04 LTSuniverse/devel2ubuntu3
sudo apt-get remove qt-sdk

This will remove just the qt-sdk package itself.

Uninstall qt-sdk and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove qt-sdk

This will remove the qt-sdk package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for qt-sdk then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge qt-sdk

Or similarly, like this qt-sdk

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove qt-sdk
