How To Uninstall yauap-dbg On Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

To uninstall yauap-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just yauap-dbg

debugging symbols for YauapUbuntu 12.04 LTSuniverse/sound0.2.4-2
sudo apt-get remove yauap-dbg

This will remove just the yauap-dbg package itself.

Uninstall yauap-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove yauap-dbg

This will remove the yauap-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for yauap-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge yauap-dbg

Or similarly, like this yauap-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove yauap-dbg
