How To Uninstall clamav-daemon On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
To uninstall clamav-daemon just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just clamav-daemon

This will remove just the clamav-daemon package itself.
Uninstall clamav-daemon and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove clamav-daemon
This will remove the clamav-daemon package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for clamav-daemon then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge clamav-daemon
Or similarly, like this clamav-daemon
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove clamav-daemon
