Install python3
/ubuntu/trusty/main///install/index.html interactive high-level object-oriented language (default python3 version) Ubuntu 14.04 LTS python 3.4.0-0ubuntu2
sudo apt-get install python3
Which will install python3 and any other packages on which it depends.
