Uninstall just unity-webapps-qml

This will remove just the unity-webapps-qml package itself.
Uninstall unity-webapps-qml and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove unity-webapps-qml
This will remove the unity-webapps-qml package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for unity-webapps-qml then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge unity-webapps-qml
Or similarly, like this unity-webapps-qml
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove unity-webapps-qml
