How To Uninstall icewm-themes On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
To uninstall icewm-themes just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just icewm-themes

This will remove just the icewm-themes package itself.
Uninstall icewm-themes and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove icewm-themes
This will remove the icewm-themes package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for icewm-themes then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge icewm-themes
Or similarly, like this icewm-themes
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove icewm-themes
