How To Uninstall juju-local On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

To uninstall juju-local just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just juju-local

dependency package for the Juju local providerUbuntu 14.04 LTSuniverse/devel1.18.1-0ubuntu1
sudo apt-get remove juju-local

This will remove just the juju-local package itself.

Uninstall juju-local and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove juju-local

This will remove the juju-local package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for juju-local then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge juju-local

Or similarly, like this juju-local

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove juju-local
