How To Uninstall kde-l10n-cs On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
To uninstall kde-l10n-cs just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just kde-l10n-cs
http://installion.co.uk/ubuntu/trusty/universe/k/kde-l10n-cs/uninstall/index.htmlCzech (cs) localization for KDEUbuntu 14.04 LTSuniverse/kde4:4.13.0-0ubuntu1sudo apt-get remove kde-l10n-cs
This will remove just the kde-l10n-cs package itself.
Uninstall kde-l10n-cs and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove kde-l10n-cs
This will remove the kde-l10n-cs package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for kde-l10n-cs then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge kde-l10n-cs
Or similarly, like this kde-l10n-cs
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove kde-l10n-cs
