How To Uninstall mcollective-plugins-filemgr on trusty

To uninstall mcollective-plugins-filemgr just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just mcollective-plugins-filemgr

mcollective plugin for file management Ubuntu 14.04 LTS universe/admin 0.0.0~git20120507.df2fa81-0ubuntu1

sudo apt-get remove mcollective-plugins-filemgr

Which will remove just the mcollective-plugins-filemgr package itself.

Uninstall mcollective-plugins-filemgr and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove mcollective-plugins-filemgr

This will remove the mcollective-plugins-filemgr package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for mcollective-plugins-filemgr then this will work.

  Caution!   Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge mcollective-plugins-filemgr
