Uninstall just r-bioc-annotationdbi

This will remove just the r-bioc-annotationdbi package itself.
Uninstall r-bioc-annotationdbi and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove r-bioc-annotationdbi
This will remove the r-bioc-annotationdbi package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for r-bioc-annotationdbi then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge r-bioc-annotationdbi
Or similarly, like this r-bioc-annotationdbi
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove r-bioc-annotationdbi
