How To Uninstall vco-plugins On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
To uninstall vco-plugins just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just vco-plugins
http://installion.co.uk/ubuntu/trusty/universe/v/vco-plugins/uninstall/index.htmlLADSPA plugin sporting anti-aliased oscillatorsUbuntu 14.04 LTSuniverse/sound0.3.0-2sudo apt-get remove vco-plugins
This will remove just the vco-plugins package itself.
Uninstall vco-plugins and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove vco-plugins
This will remove the vco-plugins package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for vco-plugins then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge vco-plugins
Or similarly, like this vco-plugins
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove vco-plugins
