How To Uninstall zoo On Ubuntu 14.04 LTS

To uninstall zoo just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just zoo

manipulate zoo archivesUbuntu 14.04 LTSuniverse/utils2.10-27
sudo apt-get remove zoo

This will remove just the zoo package itself.

Uninstall zoo and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove zoo

This will remove the zoo package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for zoo then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge zoo

Or similarly, like this zoo

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove zoo
