Uninstall just clamav-docs

sudo apt-get remove clamav-docs

This will remove just the clamav-docs package itself.

Uninstall clamav-docs and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove clamav-docs

This will remove the clamav-docs package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for clamav-docs then this will work.

sudo apt-get purge clamav-docs

Or similarly, like this clamav-docs

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove clamav-docs
