How To Uninstall cpp-aarch64-linux-gnu On Ubuntu 15.04

To uninstall cpp-aarch64-linux-gnu just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just cpp-aarch64-linux-gnu

The GNU C preprocessor (cpp) for arm64 architectureUbuntu 15.04interpreters4:4.9.2-2
sudo apt-get remove cpp-aarch64-linux-gnu

This will remove just the cpp-aarch64-linux-gnu package itself.

Uninstall cpp-aarch64-linux-gnu and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cpp-aarch64-linux-gnu

This will remove the cpp-aarch64-linux-gnu package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for cpp-aarch64-linux-gnu then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge cpp-aarch64-linux-gnu

Or similarly, like this cpp-aarch64-linux-gnu

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cpp-aarch64-linux-gnu
