Install fakeroot
/ubuntu/vivid/main///install/index.html tool for simulating superuser privileges Ubuntu 15.04 utils 1.20.2-1ubuntu1
sudo apt-get install fakeroot
Which will install fakeroot and any other packages on which it depends.
