Install freeradius-utils
/ubuntu/vivid/main///install/index.html FreeRADIUS client utilities Ubuntu 15.04 net 2.1.12+dfsg-1.3ubuntu4
sudo apt-get install freeradius-utils
Which will install freeradius-utils and any other packages on which it depends.
