How To Uninstall gir1.2-gudev-1.0 on vivid
To uninstall gir1.2-gudev-1.0 just follow these instructions.
Are you having problems? You can always remove gir1.2-gudev-1.0 again by following the instructions at this link.
Uninstall just gir1.2-gudev-1.0
/ubuntu/vivid/main///install/index.html libgudev-1.0 introspection data Ubuntu 15.04 libs 1:219-7ubuntu3
sudo apt-get remove gir1.2-gudev-1.0
Which will remove just the gir1.2-gudev-1.0 package itself.
Uninstall gir1.2-gudev-1.0 and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove gir1.2-gudev-1.0
This will remove the gir1.2-gudev-1.0 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for gir1.2-gudev-1.0 then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge gir1.2-gudev-1.0
Or similarly, like this gir1.2-gudev-1.0
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove gir1.2-gudev-1.0
