This will remove just the language-pack-gnome-ku package itself.
Uninstall language-pack-gnome-ku and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove language-pack-gnome-ku
This will remove the language-pack-gnome-ku package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for language-pack-gnome-ku then this will work.
