Install libfreeradius2
/ubuntu/vivid/main///install/index.html FreeRADIUS shared library Ubuntu 15.04 net 2.1.12+dfsg-1.3ubuntu4
sudo apt-get install libfreeradius2
Which will install libfreeradius2 and any other packages on which it depends.
