How To Uninstall thunderbird-gnome-support-dbg On Ubuntu 15.04

Uninstall just thunderbird-gnome-support-dbg

This will remove just the thunderbird-gnome-support-dbg package itself.
Uninstall thunderbird-gnome-support-dbg and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove thunderbird-gnome-support-dbg
This will remove the thunderbird-gnome-support-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for thunderbird-gnome-support-dbg then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge thunderbird-gnome-support-dbg
Or similarly, like this thunderbird-gnome-support-dbg
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove thunderbird-gnome-support-dbg
