Uninstall just ocaml-book-fr

This will remove just the ocaml-book-fr package itself.
Uninstall ocaml-book-fr and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ocaml-book-fr
This will remove the ocaml-book-fr package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for ocaml-book-fr then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ocaml-book-fr
Or similarly, like this ocaml-book-fr
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ocaml-book-fr
