This will remove just the hdhomerun-config-gui package itself.
Uninstall hdhomerun-config-gui and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove hdhomerun-config-gui
This will remove the hdhomerun-config-gui package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for hdhomerun-config-gui then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge hdhomerun-config-gui
Or similarly, like this hdhomerun-config-gui
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove hdhomerun-config-gui
