How To Uninstall hdhomerun-config On Ubuntu 15.04
To uninstall hdhomerun-config just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just hdhomerun-config

This will remove just the hdhomerun-config package itself.
Uninstall hdhomerun-config and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove hdhomerun-config
This will remove the hdhomerun-config package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for hdhomerun-config then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge hdhomerun-config
Or similarly, like this hdhomerun-config
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove hdhomerun-config
