Uninstall just kannel-docs

sudo apt-get remove kannel-docs

This will remove just the kannel-docs package itself.

Uninstall kannel-docs and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove kannel-docs

This will remove the kannel-docs package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for kannel-docs then this will work.

sudo apt-get purge kannel-docs

Or similarly, like this kannel-docs

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove kannel-docs
