How To Uninstall vnstati On Ubuntu 15.04
To uninstall vnstati just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just vnstati

This will remove just the vnstati package itself.
Uninstall vnstati and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove vnstati
This will remove the vnstati package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for vnstati then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge vnstati
Or similarly, like this vnstati
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove vnstati
