How To Uninstall uqm On Ubuntu 15.10
To uninstall uqm just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just uqm

This will remove just the uqm package itself.
Uninstall uqm and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove uqm
This will remove the uqm package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for uqm then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge uqm
Or similarly, like this uqm
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove uqm
