How To Uninstall dds On Ubuntu 15.10
To uninstall dds just follow these instructions.
Are you having problems? You can always add ddsagain by following the instructions at this link.
Uninstall just dds

This will remove just the dds package itself.
Uninstall dds and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove dds
This will remove the dds package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for dds then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge dds
Or similarly, like this dds
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove dds
