How To Uninstall edubuntu-live On Ubuntu 15.10
To uninstall edubuntu-live just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just edubuntu-live

This will remove just the edubuntu-live package itself.
Uninstall edubuntu-live and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove edubuntu-live
This will remove the edubuntu-live package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for edubuntu-live then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge edubuntu-live
Or similarly, like this edubuntu-live
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove edubuntu-live
