How To Uninstall ne-doc On Ubuntu 15.10
To uninstall ne-doc just follow these instructions.
Are you having problems? You can always add ne-docagain by following the instructions at this link.
Uninstall just ne-doc
http://installion.co.uk/ubuntu/wily/universe/n/ne-doc/uninstall/index.htmldocumentation for the ne text editorUbuntu 15.10universe/doc3.0.1-2sudo apt-get remove ne-doc
This will remove just the ne-doc package itself.
Uninstall ne-doc and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ne-doc
This will remove the ne-doc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for ne-doc then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ne-doc
Or similarly, like this ne-doc
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ne-doc
