Uninstall just language-pack-et

This will remove just the language-pack-et package itself.
Uninstall language-pack-et and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove language-pack-et
This will remove the language-pack-et package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for language-pack-et then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge language-pack-et
Or similarly, like this language-pack-et
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove language-pack-et
