How To Uninstall yorick-doc On Ubuntu 16.04 LTS
To uninstall yorick-doc just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just yorick-doc
http://installion.co.uk/ubuntu/xenial/universe/y/yorick-doc/uninstall/index.htmldocumentation for the Yorick interpreted languageUbuntu 16.04 LTSuniverse/doc2.2.04+dfsg1-5sudo apt-get remove yorick-doc
This will remove just the yorick-doc package itself.
Uninstall yorick-doc and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove yorick-doc
This will remove the yorick-doc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for yorick-doc then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge yorick-doc
Or similarly, like this yorick-doc
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove yorick-doc
