How To Uninstall cpp-5-doc On Ubuntu 16.10

To uninstall cpp-5-doc just follow these instructions.

Are you having problems? You can always add cpp-5-docagain by following the instructions at this link.

sudo apt-get remove cpp-5-doc

This will remove just the cpp-5-doc package itself.

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove cpp-5-doc

This will remove the cpp-5-doc package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

If you also want to delete your local/config files for cpp-5-doc then this will work.

Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.

sudo apt-get purge cpp-5-doc

Or similarly, like this cpp-5-doc

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove cpp-5-doc
