How To Install libc6 on yakkety
To install libc6 just follow these instructions.
Are you having problems? You can always remove libc6 again by following the instructions at this link.
Install libc6
/ubuntu/yakkety/main///install/index.html GNU C Library Ubuntu 16.10 libs 2.24-3ubuntu1
sudo apt-get install libc6
Which will install libc6 and any other packages on which it depends.
