How To Uninstall schroot-dbg On Ubuntu 16.10

To uninstall schroot-dbg just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just schroot-dbg

schroot, dchroot and dchroot-dsa debugging symbolsUbuntu 16.10debug1.6.10-2ubuntu2
sudo apt-get remove schroot-dbg

This will remove just the schroot-dbg package itself.

Uninstall schroot-dbg and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove schroot-dbg

This will remove the schroot-dbg package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too

If you also want to delete your local/config files for schroot-dbg then this will work.

 Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge schroot-dbg

Or similarly, like this schroot-dbg

sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove schroot-dbg
