sudo apt-get remove binutils-mips64el-linux-gnuabin32

Which will remove just the binutils-mips64el-linux-gnuabin32 package itself.

Uninstall binutils-mips64el-linux-gnuabin32 and its dependencies

sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove binutils-mips64el-linux-gnuabin32

This will remove the binutils-mips64el-linux-gnuabin32 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.

Purging your config/data too
