How To Uninstall ogmrip-ac3 On Ubuntu 16.10
To uninstall ogmrip-ac3 just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just ogmrip-ac3

This will remove just the ogmrip-ac3 package itself.
Uninstall ogmrip-ac3 and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove ogmrip-ac3
This will remove the ogmrip-ac3 package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for ogmrip-ac3 then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge ogmrip-ac3
Or similarly, like this ogmrip-ac3
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove ogmrip-ac3
