Uninstall just r-cran-biasedurn
/ubuntu/yakkety/universe///install/index.html GNU R Biased Urn model distributions Ubuntu 16.10 universe/gnu-r 1.06.1-1
sudo apt-get remove r-cran-biasedurn
Which will remove just the r-cran-biasedurn package itself.
Uninstall r-cran-biasedurn and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove r-cran-biasedurn
This will remove the r-cran-biasedurn package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for r-cran-biasedurn then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge r-cran-biasedurn
Or similarly, like this r-cran-biasedurn
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove r-cran-biasedurn
