How To Uninstall r-cran-tensor on yakkety
To uninstall r-cran-tensor just follow these instructions.

Uninstall just r-cran-tensor
/ubuntu/yakkety/universe///install/index.html GNU R Tensor product of arrays Ubuntu 16.10 universe/gnu-r 1.5-1
sudo apt-get remove r-cran-tensor
Which will remove just the r-cran-tensor package itself.
Uninstall r-cran-tensor and its dependencies
sudo apt-get remove --auto-remove r-cran-tensor
This will remove the r-cran-tensor package and any other dependant packages which are no longer needed.
Purging your config/data too
If you also want to delete your local/config files for r-cran-tensor then this will work.
Caution! Purged config/data can not be restored by reinstalling the package.
sudo apt-get purge r-cran-tensor
Or similarly, like this r-cran-tensor
sudo apt-get purge --auto-remove r-cran-tensor
